Welcome to my website.

Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga, a dynamic yoga style, is my primary focus. Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga consists of a fixed sequence of postures (asana). Upon regular practice, already after a short period Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga increases strength, flexibility, endurance and balance.

Even as a total beginner, you can start practicing at any time in one of the so-called Mysore classes, where each student is taught and supported individually. Alternatively, you may opt for taking private one on one classes.

As a Plus, I offer additional approaches to further personal growth towards more inner freedom, vitality and joy. These are pranayama, meditation, energy work, family constellation work and coaching.

The morming Mysore class an October 2nd is cancelled. Instead there will be an additional Mysore class on October 3rd (public holiday), from 8.15 to 9.45 a.m. (indvidual start possible between 7.45 and 9 a.m., finish until 10.30 a.m. at the latest).

All Mysore-style classes are open for new participants (one trial class 12 €, 3 trial classes 30 € and a trial for 4 weeks 50 €). In case of interest, please contact me beforehand.

Pranayama
The Pranayama classes take place each Tuesday from 5.30 to 6 p.m. (only upon prior registration).
